TLS 1.0 and 1.1 are officially deprecated by Apple, Google, Microsoft and Mozilla in 2020 and we have dropped this support during upgrade 10/2021. This drop legacy support for Android 4.3 and older device. You can't upload, browse map data (except local recorded) via CellMapper app map. To browse web map on older Android you can still use Firefox browser.
